  • E-beam irradiation process enables us to improves strength and heat-resistance of the products by using the reaction of crosslinking, degradation, and polymerization.

The cross-linking of polymers can be performed efficiently under the continuous irradiation process. The advantages of E-beam irradiation are lower energy consumption, higher speed, and better process control.

Curing

E-beam radiation can apply to the curing of the solvent-free resin in a short period of time under the usual temperature.

Polymerization

Polymerization is the process of connecting monomers together and creating large macromolecules of different sizes and shapes.
